Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible, your item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bitesunknown.com with a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items Opened food products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be refunded.
